Return/Cancel Policy

We guarantee to replace or repair any items that arrive broken, defective, or suffer damage during shipping.

All return requests and order disputes must be submitted within 14 days of purchase domestic and 30 days of purchase internationally*. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once a return has been authorized, items must be received within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days(international). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged. If your order arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

When returning a package to our facilities, customers must obtain and provide tracking information to ensure proper delivery of your item. We also highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as well as using verified shipping services. Please do not mail items back to us without prior contact. All return packages must be clearly labeled on the outside of the package with your return authorization number to be efficiently processed.
